I was coached by Eric Chan & part of the perfect stride running club from 2017-2018 primarily marathon training. I would recommend training for those not only interested in marathons but also in Ultramarathons. My weekly runs were updated timely on an app and my goals discussed at the beginning of each training season. I was very impressed with the level of communication, I was able to text Eric on what’s app and response was immediate if not within the day with any questions or concerns . I had thorough workouts with great race day strategies and occasionally runs with the group when we were able to.

Not only was I impressed by my endurance and speed during my time with perfect stride but also the education that was provided to me about running and nutrition. Highly recommend perfect stride for coaching!
