Quadriceps Foam Roll


  • Put the Foam Roller flat on the ground under the top of your thighs
  • Forearms and elbows flat on the ground
  • Rock your body back and forth to massage your quads


  • Break down scar tissues formed by rigorous training
  • Relief muscle tightness


Intermediate: Criss-cross your legs to put additional pressure

  • Initial few treatments may feel extremely painful. Stay the course and gradually apply more pressure once you get a hang of it!
