- Put the Foam Roller flat on the ground under the top of your thighs
- Forearms and elbows flat on the ground
- Rock your body back and forth to massage your quads
- Break down scar tissues formed by rigorous training
- Relief muscle tightness
Intermediate: Criss-cross your legs to put additional pressure
- Initial few treatments may feel extremely painful. Stay the course and gradually apply more pressure once you get a hang of it!
