- Put the Foam Roller flat on the ground under the top of your shin, just to the outside of your shin bone
- Both hands out in front touching the ground
- Opposite leg extended
- Pull your shins towards your hand and back and let the roller massage your shins
- Break down scar tissues formed by rigorous training
- Relief muscle tightness
Intermediate: Foam rollers with harder composition will put additional pressure
- Initial few treatments may feel extremely painful. Stay the course and gradually apply more pressure once you get a hang of it!
